We take great care in curating each box with high-quality, kid-safe, and exciting products! However, if something isn’t quite right, here’s what you need to know:


Returns

Due to the nature of our subscription boxes, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Each box is a surprise, and we cannot exchange items once they have been shipped.


30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First-Time Orders Only)

We want you to absolutely love your Mademoiselle Sunshine experience.
If you're not satisfied with your first box, you're eligible for a refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify:

  • This applies to first-time customers only

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • Return shipping (if required) is the responsibility of the customer

Damaged or Missing Items

If an item arrives damaged or something is missing from your box, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue. We’ll do our best to send a replacement item (if available) or offer a suitable solution.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Your box is lost in transit and cannot be delivered

  • You receive a damaged or faulty product, and a replacement is not available

  • We made an error with your order

  • You qualify under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for first-time orders

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
