Shipping Policy

We’re excited to bring a little sunshine to your doorstep! Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your goodies.

Subscription Boxes 🌞

  • Our Sunshine Boxes are shipped between the 1st and the 5th of each month.

  • Cut-off Date: Subscribe before the 28th of the month to receive the upcoming box. If you subscribe after the 28th, your first box will be for the following month.

  • Shipping is free for orders 150+ Australia-wide.

Mini Boxes & Special Edition Boxes 🎁

  • These are shipped within 48h.

Express Shipping for Special Occasions 🚀

Need a box ASAP for a birthday or special event? We’ve got you!

  • Choose express shipping at checkout and send us a message at support@mademoisellesunshine.com, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Delivery Timeframes 📦

  • Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 3-7 business days after dispatch.

  • WA, NT, and remote areas may take a little longer (but we promise it's worth the wait!).

  • Express shipping is usually 1-3 business days depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order 🔍

Once your box is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number so you can stalk your package (we all do it!).

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, once a package is with the courier, it's out of our hands. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at support@mademoisellesunshine.com, and we’ll assist you in finding a solution.
